Terms of Use

The terms in this document governing the use of AmCham website (hereinafter the PORTAL) American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, AC (hereinafter AmCham), made available by the AmCham Systems Department, through Internet page http://www.amcham.org.mx/.

The quality of the user (hereinafter YOU) is attributed to any person using the PORTAL, and implies full and unconditional adherence to these terms of use. It is therefore essential that the user previously read and evaluate, so you are aware of which is attached to them and they may suffer modifications, each time you access the PORTAL.

If at any time the user does not agree with all or part of these terms of use, you must not use the WEBSITE in any of its parts or sections.

Object

Through the PORTAL, AmCham provides users access to diverse data and information (hereinafter information) as well as the use of various services (the Services) provided by AmCham or any person related to it so direct, indirect or external. The user acknowledges that use of the PORTAL does not imply any right of ownership over it, or any of its contents. The data contained on the site are property of AmCham, as holder of all rights inherent in them.
