Corporate Social Responsibility



The committee in Monterrey is a catalyst for initiatives in social responsibility and uses its institutional strength to create synergy between the local community, private enterprise and government in order to improve social conditions in Mexico.

Principal objectives
  • To encourage and facilitate corporate social responsibility awareness and practices among AmCham members.
  • Focus on corporation's activities in community outreach, environmental stewardship, employee health, and safety and corporate governance.
  • Provide a platform for sharing best practices in implementation of CSR practices and programs.
  • Collaboration with research institutions, government agencies and international organizations on CSR study.
